GB/T39257 Evaluation of Green Supply Chain in Manufacturing Enterprises
The evaluation and certification of green supply chain for manufacturing enterprises are based on the national standard GB/T 39257-2020 "Evaluation Specification for Green Supply Chain Management of Green Manufacturing Enterprises" of the People's Republic of China. Green supply chain is a supply chain system that integrates the concepts of green manufacturing, product lifecycle, and extended producer responsibility into the business processes of enterprises based on traditional supply chains. It comprehensively considers the economic benefits and resource conservation of enterprises, environmental protection, and human health and safety requirements. Implementing green supply chain management is one of the effective ways to enhance enterprise competitiveness and achieve green and sustainable development.
Green supply chain management evaluation is an important part of green development and green supply chain management for manufacturing enterprises. Through self-evaluation, enterprises can identify weak links in green supply chain management and continuously improve and perfect the supply chain management system.
The objectives and requirements of green supply chain management are based on the business processes of enterprises. Through the identification, analysis, and evaluation of green elements related to the entire process and various links of the manufacturing enterprise supply chain, the degree of greenization of the enterprise supply chain is evaluated, problems are identified, and room for improvement and enhancement is identified. This provides a basis for the improvement of enterprise green supply chain management and green procurement by relevant parties.
The evaluation and certification of green supply chain for manufacturing enterprises covers the entire life cycle of product design, material selection, procurement, production, transportation, storage, packaging, use, recycling, and final disposal, involving manufacturing enterprises and related suppliers, logistics providers, distributors, end-users, as well as relevant parties such as recycling, dismantling, reuse, and waste disposal.
