GB/T24359 Logistics Service Certification

GB/T 24359-2021 "Quality and Evaluation of Third Party Logistics Services" is a national standard aimed at regulating and improving the quality of third-party logistics services. This standard was first released in 2009 and revised in 2021 to adapt to the rapid development of the Chinese economy and advances in information technology.

The main contents of the standard include:

Service requirements: The standard standardizes various aspects of third-party logistics services, including scheme design, information services, operational services, transportation and distribution, loading and unloading and handling, packaging and circulation, reverse logistics, etc.
Main service quality indicators: 11 main service quality indicators have been identified, measured from three aspects: service results, service perception, and service capability. These indicators include order processing accuracy, on-time completion rate of orders, matching rate between accounts and goods, shortage rate, damage rate, accuracy rate of information transmission, and timeliness rate of information transmission.

Service quality evaluation and continuous improvement: The key elements for conducting service quality evaluation, such as evaluation indicators, methods, and processes, have been identified to promote the continuous improvement of third-party logistics service quality.
