With the development of society, the risk of violent incidents continues to increase in various situations, especially in the field of security services. In order to improve the ability of security services to respond to violent incidents and reduce the impact of violent incidents on personal and public safety, the Anhui Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has formulated the DB34/T 3939-2021 standard. This standard aims to guide and regulate the actions of the security service industry in preventing and responding to violent incidents, and to enhance the safety awareness and response capabilities of security service personnel through regular riot drills. Its content includes the entire process of riot control exercise methods: developing plans, preparing, tabletop exercises, on-site exercises, follow-up work, and summarizing.
Riot drill plan: Enterprises need to develop a detailed riot drill plan, including the purpose, target audience, time, location, and content of the drill.
Exercise implementation: Conduct actual exercises according to the plan, simulate various violent incident scenarios, and enable security service personnel to operate and respond in practice.
Exercise evaluation: After the exercise, evaluate the process and effectiveness of the exercise, summarize lessons learned, and propose improvement measures.
Through TUVHD certification, guide and standardize the actions of enterprises in preventing and responding to violent incidents in security services, and improve the safety awareness and response capabilities of security service personnel through regular riot drills.
